Return and Exchange Policy

We sincerely want you to be happy with your purchase and strive to deliver the product in perfect condition to you. If you for some reason are not satisfied with your purchase or need a different size, a return or exchange is possible.

Products may be returned or exchanged within one week of receiving your purchase. Products must still be in new condition.

To perform a return or exchange, please send an email to jessicapalmer@jewelfireclothing.com via our contact form with your name and order information. We will respond as quickly as possible with the following steps to be taken.
